Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 300 gpineapple
  • 200 goats
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1banana
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Pulse 300g pineapple in a blender for 3 seconds.

  2. Combine the pineapple with 200g oats and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

  3. Mash 1 banana and blend 4 tablespoons of the oat-pineapple mixture with it.

  4. Fold everything together with 1 teaspoon baking powder; shape into cookies.

  5. Bake at 180°C for ; cool before serving.
