Ingredients
- 85 gpeanuts
roasted and peeled
- 85 gsultanas
- 1 pieceegg
- 1 tbspflaxseed meal
Instructions
Roast peanuts in advance and peel if needed.
Combine peanuts and sultanas; pulse in a mixer just briefly.
Add 1 egg and mix well.
Stir in 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal.
Drop the mixture onto a baking tray and shape into cookies.
Bake at 140 degrees C for 20 to .
Cool before serving.

A bit dense but the peanut flavor comes through well. Good with afternoon tea.
