Ingredients

  • 150 grolled oats
  • 150 mlhot milk
  • 2bananas
  • 2eggs
  • 20 gcoconut flakes
  • 20 gcocoa
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • salt
  • 50 gdark chocolate

  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 20 galmonds

    chopped

Instructions

  1. Grind half the oats fine, then stir both with the remaining whole oats and hot milk; rest .

  2. Purée the bananas and whisk in the eggs, then fold into the oat base with coconut, cocoa, salt and baking powder.

  3. Spread the batter into an oiled baking dish and bake at 180°C for 30-.

  4. Melt the chocolate with milk and syrup in a water bath until glossy.

  5. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and scatter with toasted almonds before slicing.
