- 2bananas
mashed with a fork
- 2 tbsphoney
- 2 tbsppeanut butter
- 50 gcoconut flakes
- 250 goats
2 cups
- olive oil
for greasing
Instructions
Mash 2 bananas with a fork.
Mix with 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons peanut butter until smooth.
Fold in 50g coconut flakes.
Stir in 250g oats and combine into a sticky dough.
Shape into cookies on a lightly oiled tray and bake at 160°C for until golden.
