Ingredients

  • 2bananas

    mashed with a fork

  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbsppeanut butter
  • 50 gcoconut flakes
  • 250 goats

    2 cups

  • olive oil

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Mash 2 bananas with a fork.

  2. Mix with 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons peanut butter until smooth.

  3. Fold in 50g coconut flakes.

  4. Stir in 250g oats and combine into a sticky dough.

  5. Shape into cookies on a lightly oiled tray and bake at 160°C for until golden.
