Ingredients
- 75 ggreen lentils
- salt
to taste
- ½ tspchia seeds
- cucumber
- celery
- dill
- 1 piecered onion
- ½ tbsplemon juice
- black pepper
- ¼ tbspapple cider vinegar
- 1 tbspolive oil
Instructions
Cover lentils with water and cook for 10-
Drain and let cool, salt to taste
Soak chia seeds until swollen
Dice cucumber, celery and red onion
Chop dill
Combine lentils with vegetables and dill
Add swollen chia, lemon juice, black pepper, apple cider vinegar and olive oil
Mix well and serve
