Ingredients

  • 900 gzucchini

    grated

  • 300 gcarrots

    grated

  • 4garlic cloves

    minced

  • parsley

    chopped

  • 1 tbspsalt

    1/2 to 1 tablespoon

  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 40 mlvegetable oil
  • pepper mix

Instructions

  1. Grate 900g zucchini and 300g carrots into a large bowl.

  2. Mince 4 garlic cloves and chop a handful of parsley.

  3. Add 1/2-1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 40ml oil.

  4. Season with pepper mix and the chopped parsley.

  5. Toss everything well and serve immediately or chill briefly.
