Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 gbacon

    small pieces

  • green onion
  • 200 mlcorn

    1 cup

  • 2eggs
  • 200 mloat flakes

    1 cup

  • 100 mlheavy cream
  • salt
  • 100 gmozzarella
  • 50 ghard cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the bacon with green onion and corn in a skillet.

  2. Combine the bacon mixture with eggs, oat flakes, cream, salt and shredded mozzarella.

  3. Transfer to a baking dish and top with hard cheese.

  4. Bake at 180 °C for 30- until set and golden.
