Ingredients

- 2egg whites
- 2 tbspsyrup
Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey
- 60 gcoconut flakes
- 30 gcoconut flour
- 30 gwhite chocolate

Instructions
Whip 2 egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks form.
Fold in 2 tablespoons syrup, then 60g coconut flakes and 30g coconut flour.
Scoop into small mounds on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for until lightly golden.
Melt 30g sugar-free white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled macaroons.
