Ingredients

  • 75 goats
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 50 gdried cranberries
  • 2 tbspJerusalem-artichoke syrup
  • 180 gcottage cheese
  • vegetable oil

    for frying

Instructions

  1. Stir 75g oats with 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons milk and let rest for .

  2. Fold in 50g dried cranberries, 2 tablespoons Jerusalem-artichoke syrup and 180g cottage cheese.

  3. Mix well into a thick batter.

  4. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and drop in spoonfuls of batter.

  5. Fry until golden on both sides and serve warm.
