- 75 goats
- 2eggs
- 2 tbspmilk
- 50 gdried cranberries
- 2 tbspJerusalem-artichoke syrup
- 180 gcottage cheese
- vegetable oil
for frying
Instructions
Stir 75g oats with 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons milk and let rest for .
Fold in 50g dried cranberries, 2 tablespoons Jerusalem-artichoke syrup and 180g cottage cheese.
Mix well into a thick batter.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and drop in spoonfuls of batter.
Fry until golden on both sides and serve warm.
