- 330 gcottage cheese
- 1 gvanilla
- 2bananas
- 1egg white
- 1egg yolk

- 2 tbspmilk

- pita bread
- vegetable oil
for greasing
Instructions
Mash 330g cottage cheese with 1g vanilla and 2 bananas.
Stir in 1 egg white (reserve yolk) until the filling is smooth.
Spread the filling on pita bread and roll up tightly.
Place in an oiled baking dish, brush with a mix of 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk.
Bake at 180°C for until golden and serve warm.
