High-Protein Apple Chia Cottage Cheese Bake

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 3 tbspchia seeds
  • 6 tbspwater
  • 180 gapple
  • 360 gcottage cheese
  • 80 goats
  • handfulalmonds

Instructions

  1. Soak 3 tablespoons chia seeds in 6 tablespoons water for until gelled.

  2. Grate 180g apple and mix with 360g cottage cheese.

  3. Stir in the soaked chia and 80g oats until uniform.

  4. Grease a 20x14cm form with vegetable oil, add the batter and top with a handful of almonds.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 15-; cool briefly before serving.
