- 3 tbspchia seeds
- 6 tbspwater
- 180 gapple
- 360 gcottage cheese
- 80 goats
- handfulalmonds
for topping
Instructions
Soak 3 tablespoons chia seeds in 6 tablespoons water for until gelled.
Grate 180g apple and mix with 360g cottage cheese.
Stir in the soaked chia and 80g oats until uniform.
Grease a 20x14cm form with vegetable oil, add the batter and top with a handful of almonds.
Bake at 180°C for 15-; cool briefly before serving.
