- 50 gerythritol
- 150 mlyogurt
- 3 tbspalmond flour
- 4 tbsprice flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 tspcinnamon

Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 50g erythritol and 150ml yogurt.
Stir in 3 tablespoons almond flour, 4 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Grease a 15cm baking form with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.
Arrange plum halves on top and bake at 180°C for ; cool before serving.
