Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 60 ghard cheese

    grated

  • 1egg
  • ½ tsppaprika
  • 20 gbutter
  • 70 ggluten-free flour
  • ½ tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Grate 60g hard cheese and mix with 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 20g butter.

  2. Stir in 70g gluten-free flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

  3. Divide the dough and shape into small cookies on a lined tray.

  4. Bake at 180°C for until lightly golden.

  5. Cool briefly before serving.
