- 60 ghard cheese
grated
- 1egg
- ½ tsppaprika
- 20 gbutter
- 70 ggluten-free flour
- ½ tspbaking powder
Instructions
Grate 60g hard cheese and mix with 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 20g butter.
Stir in 70g gluten-free flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Divide the dough and shape into small cookies on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for until lightly golden.
Cool briefly before serving.
