Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 gcoconut flour
  • 125 mlsyrup

    Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey

  • 125 mlcoconut oil
  • 30 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix 200g coconut flour with 125ml syrup and 125ml coconut oil until you get a uniform dough.

  2. Shape the dough into cookies and place them on a lined baking tray.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 10- until lightly set.

  4. Let the cookies cool completely on the tray, as they are very fragile and crumbly while warm.

  5. Melt 30g chocolate, let it cool slightly, then drizzle over the cookies and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
