washed and dried
- 80 gsugar
- 1egg
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 180 gflour
- 80 gbutter
- food coloring

Instructions
Blend fresh mint with sugar and an egg until smooth.
Stir in baking powder and flour, then work in the butter.
Tint with food coloring if desired; wet your hands with water to shape the dough.
Form small cookies and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 170-180 °C for 50- until set.
