Ingredients

  • 2 tbspflaxseed

    ground, soaked in boiling water

  • 50 mlboiling water

    for flaxseed

  • 90 gwalnuts
  • 200 gdates

    pitted

  • 100 graisins
  • 150 grolled oats

    toasted

  • 12 gbaking powder
  • 65 gbutter

    or 50 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Grind flaxseed in a mixer and soak in 50 ml boiling water until gel-like.

  2. Pit the dates.

  3. Blend walnuts, dates, raisins and the flaxseed gel in a mixer.

  4. Add toasted rolled oats, baking powder and butter (or vegetable oil); mix thoroughly.

  5. Shape cookies and place on a baking tray.

  6. Bake at 170 degrees C for 40 to .
