Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 ghazelnuts
  • 180 goat flakes
  • 70 gbrown sugar
  • 6 tbspbittersweet cocoa powder
  • 4eggs

    whites and yolks separated

  • 2 tbspbrown sugar

    for whites

  • 90 gbutter

    melted

Instructions

  1. Grind hazelnuts and combine with oat flakes, brown sugar and cocoa.

  2. Whip the egg whites with 2 tbsp brown sugar until glossy peaks.

  3. Fold whipped whites, melted butter and beaten yolks into the oat mixture.

  4. Spoon into cookie shapes on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 165 °C for 40- until crunchy.
