ground in a blender
- 1 cupyogurt
- 2apples
ground in a blender
- 1banana
- 100 gcherries
split between batter and topping
- 2eggs
- 60 gbutter
- 10 gbaking powder
- 1apple
for topping, sliced
- 60 galmonds
toasted and chopped
- sugar-free syrup
for brushing
Instructions
Grind 240g oats in a blender, mix with 1 glass yogurt, then blend in 2 apples to a smooth batter.
Stir in 1 mashed banana and 50g cherries, followed by 2 eggs and 60g melted butter.
Add 10g baking powder and mix until uniform; pour into a greased pan.
Top with another 50g cherries and sliced apple arranged in a ring.
Bake at 180°C for 40-; cool completely.
Brush with sugar-free syrup and scatter 60g toasted chopped almonds over the top.
