  • 240 goats

    ground in a blender

  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 2apples

    ground in a blender

  • 1banana
  • 100 gcherries

    split between batter and topping

  • 2eggs
  • 60 gbutter
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 1apple

    for topping, sliced

  • 60 galmonds

    toasted and chopped

  • sugar-free syrup

    for brushing

Instructions

  1. Grind 240g oats in a blender, mix with 1 glass yogurt, then blend in 2 apples to a smooth batter.

  2. Stir in 1 mashed banana and 50g cherries, followed by 2 eggs and 60g melted butter.

  3. Add 10g baking powder and mix until uniform; pour into a greased pan.

  4. Top with another 50g cherries and sliced apple arranged in a ring.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 40-; cool completely.

  6. Brush with sugar-free syrup and scatter 60g toasted chopped almonds over the top.
