- 120 gcoconut flour
- 60 gflaxseed
- 3eggs
- 5 tbspdate syrup
3-5 tablespoons
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Mix 120g coconut flour with 60g flaxseed.
Whisk in 3 eggs and 3-5 tablespoons date syrup until uniform.
Stir in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Shape the dough into cookies and place on a lined tray.
Bake at 160-170°C for until set.
