  • 200 gpumpkin

    cooked

  • 125 mlvegetable oil
  • 80 gerythritol
  • 100 goats
  • pinchsalt
  • 160 ggluten-free flour
  • 1½ tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbsphoney

Instructions

  1. Blend 200g cooked pumpkin with 125ml vegetable oil and 80g erythritol until smooth.

  2. Stir in 100g oats, a pinch of salt, 160g gluten-free flour and 1.5 teaspoons baking powder.

  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon honey and shape into round cookies.

  4. Bake at 180-190°C for 15- until golden; cool before serving.
