Ingredients
- 220 gsesame seeds
pre-toasted until golden
- 150 gbanana pulp
about 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsphoney
Instructions
Toast sesame seeds in advance until golden brown.
Mash 150 g banana pulp and mix with 1 tablespoon honey.
Add the toasted sesame seeds and mix well.
Shape cookies on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 130 degrees C for 35 to .
Open the oven slightly at the end to let the cookies dry without burning.
Cool completely so they become firm and crunchy.
