Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 220 gsesame seeds

    pre-toasted until golden

  • 150 gbanana pulp

    about 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsphoney

Instructions

  1. Toast sesame seeds in advance until golden brown.

  2. Mash 150 g banana pulp and mix with 1 tablespoon honey.

  3. Add the toasted sesame seeds and mix well.

  4. Shape cookies on a baking tray.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 130 degrees C for 35 to .

  6. Open the oven slightly at the end to let the cookies dry without burning.

  7. Cool completely so they become firm and crunchy.
