Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 240 grice

    cooked

  • 400 mlcoconut milk

    or oat milk

  • 200 gcoconut flakes
  • 170 gwhite chocolate

    sugar-free or with sweetener

Instructions

  1. Cook 240g rice until tender and combine with 400ml coconut or oat milk.

  2. Stir in 200g coconut flakes and let the mixture cool slightly.

  3. Melt 170g sugar-free white chocolate and fold through, then blend until creamy.

  4. Press into an oiled mould and dust the surface with extra coconut flakes.

  5. Chill in the fridge for several hours until firm, then slice into bars.
