  • 1 tbspcoconut flour
  • 4 tbsperythritol

Instructions

  1. Blend 400g cottage cheese with 4 eggs, vanilla, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, erythritol and 100ml cream until smooth.

  2. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-.

  3. Arrange apple slices on top, dust with cinnamon and bake a further until the centre is just set.

  4. Cool briefly and serve warm or chilled.
