- 1 tbspcoconut flour
- 4 tbsperythritol

- 100 mlheavy cream

Instructions
Blend 400g cottage cheese with 4 eggs, vanilla, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, erythritol and 100ml cream until smooth.
Pour into a greased 9x9-inch pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-.
Arrange apple slices on top, dust with cinnamon and bake a further until the centre is just set.
Cool briefly and serve warm or chilled.
