  • 150 gbanana pulp

    from 1 peeled banana 250 g

  • 200 gcashews
  • 70 gtoasted sunflower seeds
  • 50 graisins

Instructions

  1. Blend banana pulp in a mixer.

  2. Chop cashews in a mixer for 3 seconds.

  3. Combine banana, cashews, toasted sunflower seeds and raisins; mix well.

  4. Place on a baking tray and shape into cookies.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 to .
