Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • pinchsalt
  • 80 gcoconut sugar
  • 160 gbutter
  • 70 galmond flour
  • 30 gcoconut flakes
  • 200 goats
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk 1 egg with a pinch of salt, 80g coconut sugar and 160g butter.

  2. Stir in 70g almond flour, 30g coconut flakes and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  3. Blend 200g oats into a fine meal and fold into the dough.

  4. Shape into cookies and bake at 270°C for 5- until golden; cool fully.
