Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 160 ggreen buckwheat flour
  • 65 goats
  • 45 gerythritol
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 40 mlvegetable oil
  • 7 tbspwater
  • 70 graisins

Instructions

  1. Combine 160g green buckwheat flour, 65g oats, 45g erythritol and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

  2. Add 40ml vegetable oil and 6-8 tablespoons water; mix into a soft dough.

  3. Fold in 70g raisins and spread portions on a baking tray.

  4. Bake at 160°C for until set.
