- 160 ggreen buckwheat flour
- 65 goats
- 45 gerythritol
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 40 mlvegetable oil
- 7 tbspwater
- 70 graisins
Instructions
Combine 160g green buckwheat flour, 65g oats, 45g erythritol and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Add 40ml vegetable oil and 6-8 tablespoons water; mix into a soft dough.
Fold in 70g raisins and spread portions on a baking tray.
Bake at 160°C for until set.
