Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 1½ tbspcocoa
  • 120 mlwater
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspgreen buckwheat flour
  • 60 goats
  • 2 tbsperythritol
  • 65 gcashews

Instructions

  1. Whisk 1.5 tablespoons cocoa with 120ml water, then beat in 2 eggs.

  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons green buckwheat flour, 60g oats and 1-2 tablespoons erythritol.

  3. Fold in 65g cashew nuts and spoon portions onto a baking tray.

  4. Bake at 160°C for until firm.
