- 2bananas
- 100 gsesame seeds
- 100 goats
- pinchsalt
- 1 tbspolive oil
Instructions
Mash 2 bananas with 100g sesame seeds, 100g oats and a pinch of salt.
Stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil until the mixture holds together.
Spread 5-7mm thin on parchment paper and score into rectangles.
Bake at 150°C for , then at 180°C for another with the oven door ajar until crisp.
