Banana Sesame Oat Crisp Bars (No Sugar, No Flour)

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 2bananas
  • 100 gsesame seeds
  • 100 goats
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. Mash 2 bananas with 100g sesame seeds, 100g oats and a pinch of salt.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil until the mixture holds together.

  3. Spread 5-7mm thin on parchment paper and score into rectangles.

  4. Bake at 150°C for , then at 180°C for another with the oven door ajar until crisp.
