large, cored
- 200 gquark
or fine-grain cottage cheese
- 2eggs
- 2 tbspbrown sugar
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 170 graisins
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 5walnuts
one per apple
Instructions
Core the apples and hollow a little of the flesh.
Blend quark, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and the apple flesh.
Stir in raisins.
Fill each apple with the mixture and top with a walnut.
Bake at 170-180 °C for 30-.
