- 3eggs
- 3 tbspsugar-free syrup
- 100 gcottage cheese
- 50 gyogurt
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 150 goats
ground in a blender
- 1 tspbaking powder
- olive oil
for greasing
Instructions
Oil a baking dish, slice 2 apples and layer them across the bottom.
Whisk 3 eggs with 2-3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup until frothy, then stir in 100g cottage cheese and 50g yogurt.
Fold in 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 150g blender-ground oats and 1 teaspoon baking powder until smooth.
Pour the batter over the apples and bake at 200°C for 25- until set and golden.
Sprinkle with powdered milk in place of sugar and serve warm — a cozy breakfast for the whole family.
