Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • 80 gerythritol
  • 80 gbutter
  • 1apple
  • 170 ggreen buckwheat flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspcinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and 80g erythritol.

  2. Beat in 80g softened butter; fold in diced apple.

  3. Gradually add 170g green buckwheat flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

  4. Shape into cookies and bake at 180-200°C for 15-; cool before serving.
