- 200 galmond flour
- ½ tspcinnamon
- ¼ tspnutmeg
- 3 tbspvegetable oil
- 4½ tbspagave syrup
- 100 gdark raisins
pre-soaked 15 minutes in boiling water

Instructions
Mix 200g almond flour with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
Stir in 3 tablespoons oil and 4-5 tablespoons agave syrup until a dough forms, then roll between parchment sheets.
Pre-soak 100g dark raisins, drain, and blend with a handful of walnuts to a thick paste.
Spread the raisin-walnut paste over half of the rolled dough, then fold the other half on top.
Bake at 180°C for 15-, then cool before slicing.
