  • 200 galmonds
  • 70 gcoconut flakes
  • 50 gdark chocolate

    chopped

  • 250 gbanana pulp

    from 2 bananas 400 g with peel

Instructions

  1. Grind almonds in a mixer for 3 seconds.

  2. Add coconut flakes and chopped dark chocolate.

  3. Blend bananas in a mixer and add to the mixture.

  4. Mix well until combined.

  5. Shape cookies on a baking tray lined with silicone paper.

  6. Bake at 160 degrees C for 25 to .
