Ingredients

  • 150 galmonds

    toasted

  • 100 gpeanut butter
  • 100 gsugar-free syrup
  • 15 gwhite sesame
  • 15 gblack sesame

Instructions

  1. Toast 150g almonds in a pan and grind to a coarse flour in a blender.

  2. Mix with 100g peanut butter, 100g sugar-free syrup, 15g white sesame and 15g black sesame until a soft dough forms.

  3. Oil your hands, shape into small balls and roll each in extra sesame seeds.

  4. Flatten with a glass on an oiled tray and bake at 180°C (360°F) for until golden.
