- 150 galmonds
toasted
- 100 gpeanut butter
- 100 gsugar-free syrup
- 15 gwhite sesame
- 15 gblack sesame
Instructions
Toast 150g almonds in a pan and grind to a coarse flour in a blender.
Mix with 100g peanut butter, 100g sugar-free syrup, 15g white sesame and 15g black sesame until a soft dough forms.
Oil your hands, shape into small balls and roll each in extra sesame seeds.
Flatten with a glass on an oiled tray and bake at 180°C (360°F) for until golden.
