- 3egg whites
- pinchsalt
- 100 gpowdered sugar
Instructions
Grind almonds in a blender to a fine meal.
Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt; gradually add powdered sugar and whip to glossy peaks.
Fold in the almond meal.
Shape on a lined tray.
Bake at 150 °C for 20-. Cool before lifting from the paper.
