Ingredients

  • 70 gcorn flour
  • 70 gchickpea flour
  • 70 grice flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 220 gbanana

  • 5 tbspdate syrup
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 50 mloat milk
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix 70g each of corn, chickpea and rice flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  2. Blend 220g banana smooth and combine with 5 tablespoons date syrup, 1 tablespoon oil and 50ml oat milk.

  3. Fold the flour mix into the wet mixture, then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

  4. Stir 1 tablespoon cocoa into the first, 30g walnuts into the second, and 30g coconut flakes into the third.

  5. Shape each into cookies and bake at 180°C for .
