Instructions
Cookie 1: blend 130g boiled orange (with 1 peel slice) with 150g almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon date syrup; shape into cookies and bake at 180°C for .
Cookie 2: blend 1 apple to yield 150g puree; mix with 150g almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon date syrup; bake at 180°C for .
Cookie 3: blend bananas to yield 130g puree; mix with 150g almond flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; bake at 180°C for .
Grease the moulds with oil before spooning in each dough.
Optional: drizzle cooled cookies with water-bath-melted chocolate.
