    boiled 15 min, water changed, then simmered 1 hour

  • 130 gorange puree

    blended, for cookie 2

  • 150 gapple puree

    for cookie 2

  • 130 gbanana puree

    for cookie 3

  • 450 galmond flour

    150g per variation

  • 1½ tspbaking powder

    1/2 tsp per variation, optional

  • 3 tbspdate syrup

    1 tbsp per variation

Instructions

  1. Cookie 1: blend 130g boiled orange (with 1 peel slice) with 150g almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon date syrup; shape into cookies and bake at 180°C for .

  2. Cookie 2: blend 1 apple to yield 150g puree; mix with 150g almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon date syrup; bake at 180°C for .

  3. Cookie 3: blend bananas to yield 130g puree; mix with 150g almond flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; bake at 180°C for .

  4. Grease the moulds with oil before spooning in each dough.

  5. Optional: drizzle cooled cookies with water-bath-melted chocolate.
