Bâtonnets petit-déjeuner aux flocons d'avoine et noix
Bâtonnets sans farine aux flocons d'avoine avec noisettes, graines de courge et de tournesol, liés par des graines de lin moulues. Pâte sans huile hydratée à l'eau bouillante.

Ingrédients
- 150 grolled oats
- 50 gflaxseed
ground
- salt
- 400 mlboiling water
- 60 ghazelnuts
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 70 gsunflower seeds
- 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
- 1 tspblack sesame seeds
- 40 gcoconut oil
- Italian herbs
Instructions
Mix oats with ground flaxseed and salt
Pour boiling water over and let cool
Pan-toast hazelnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Grind 2/3 of the nuts and seeds
Add all nuts, sesame seeds, coconut oil and Italian herbs to the dough
Shape into sticks and brush with water
Sprinkle with flaxseed
Bake at 180 C for 35-

Made the last batch and they tasted superb. My husband and I finished them in two days. Making more this weekend.
