Pain à l'avoine, yaourt et graines
Un pain simple sans farine aux flocons d'avoine avec yaourt, œufs et graines de courge et de tournesol grillées. Sans levure et prêt en moins d'une heure.

Ingrédients
- 280 grolled oats
- 2 pieceegg
- 250 mlyogurt
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
pan-toasted
- 50 gsunflower seeds
pan-toasted
- black pepper
- salt
- 10 gbaking powder
- rolled oats
for topping
Instructions
Whisk eggs and mix with oats and yogurt
Let rest 15-
Pan-toast pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Fold seeds into the dough with black pepper and salt
Add baking powder
Grease a baking pan with oil
Transfer the dough and sprinkle with oats
Bake at 180 C for 30-

My husband loves this every morning. We stopped buying bread from the shop completely.
My sister has celiac disease and had not eaten proper bread in over two years when she came to visit. I made this without telling her what it was. She ate three slices and sat quietly for a moment before she started crying. Something as simple as bread meant that much to her. I have made it every week since.
No yeast and no kneading required. I have severe arthritis in both hands and for the past two years I have not been able to bake any bread at all. This recipe changed that. I made it three times in one week simply because I could, and because it felt wonderful to put bread on the table again.
Seeds fall out when slicing. Mix them deeper.
Tried many no-yeast breads. This one does not disappoint.
Substitute kefir for the yogurt. Even better.
