Petits pains keto au fromage et psyllium
Des petits pains keto salés à base d'œufs, fromage et psyllium. Sans farine, sans sucre, soutiennent la santé intestinale et la stabilité glycémique.

Ingrédients
- 2 pieceeggs
- salt
a little
- 35 gcheese
grated
- 15 gpsyllium husk
- ½ tspbaking powder
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Beat eggs with salt
Add grated cheese, psyllium husk and baking powder
Let dough rest briefly
Grease hands with oil and shape into buns
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 20- at 180 C

These are my new sandwich buns. Firm enough to hold fillings and the flavour is great. My whole family eats them now, not just me.
