Ingrédients

  • 15 gpsyllium husk
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with salt

  2. Add grated cheese, psyllium husk and baking powder

  3. Let dough rest briefly

  4. Grease hands with oil and shape into buns

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake for 20- at 180 C
