Des petits pains keto tendres à l'avocat, œufs et farine d'amande. Un petit-déjeuner riche en bonnes graisses, protéines et fibres, agrémenté de tomates séchées.

Ingrédients
- 175 gavocado pulp
- 2 pieceegg
- 4 tbspalmond flour
- salt
a little
- dried basil or oregano
- 1 tspbaking powder
- dried tomatoes
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Mash avocado pulp with eggs
Add almond flour, salt, dried herbs and baking powder
Mix until a smooth dough forms
Line small baking pans with damp parchment and spray with oil
Divide the dough between the pans
Top with dried tomatoes and sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C until golden

Very easy. My husband eats it every morning.
My husband was diagnosed with type 2 last spring and he misses bread more than anything. These buns actually made him smile at dinner for the first time in months. I will keep making them.
