Pain noir céto et végan aux graines de lin
Un pain céto et végan à très faible teneur en glucides, fait de graines de lin moulues, psyllium et eau chaude. Pains sans gluten assaisonnés à la coriandre et frottés à l'ail.

Ingrédients
- 240 gflaxseed
ground
- 2 tspbaking powder
- salt
- 40 gpsyllium husk
- 320 mlhot water
- olive oil
- coriander
for topping
- garlic
for rubbing after baking
Instructions
Grind flaxseed in a coffee grinder
Mix with baking powder, salt and psyllium
Pour in hot water and mix well
Add olive oil
Divide the dough into 3 parts and shape into bars
Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with coriander
Bake at 180 C for 30-
Cool and rub with garlic

Originally from Albania, living in Germany. Added sesame and walnuts and it came out perfect.
