Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 glentils

    small

  • salt
  • 1red onion
  • 1carrot
  • 1zucchini
  • 2 tbsplentils

    ground in a coffee grinder

Instructions

  1. Boil 200g small lentils with salt until just tender, drain and rest .

  2. Chop red onion, grate carrot and cut 1/2 zucchini into cubes.

  3. Grind 2 tablespoons lentils to a fine flour for the dressing base.

  4. Mix all vegetables with the cooked lentils and the ground-lentil dressing; season with salt.

  5. Serve warm.
