Ingredients

- 200 glentils
small
- salt
- 1red onion
- 1carrot
- 1zucchini
- 2 tbsplentils
ground in a coffee grinder
Instructions
Boil 200g small lentils with salt until just tender, drain and rest .
Chop red onion, grate carrot and cut 1/2 zucchini into cubes.
Grind 2 tablespoons lentils to a fine flour for the dressing base.
Mix all vegetables with the cooked lentils and the ground-lentil dressing; season with salt.
Serve warm.
