Ingredients

- 3eggs
2 for base, 1 for topping
- 150 mlmilk
- salt
- 1 tspdried garlic
- 1 tspdried onion
- 2 tsporegano
- 100 goats
- 400 gkale
young, torn and salt-massaged
- 1 tspbaking powder
- olive oil
for greasing
- 80 gcheese
Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs with 150ml milk, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon dried onion and 2 teaspoons oregano.
Stir in 100g oats and let rest briefly.
Salt 400g young kale and massage with your hands to soften. Stir the kale and 1 teaspoon baking powder into the batter.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and transfer the mixture.
Mix 80g cheese with 1 egg and spread over the top.
Bake at 180°C for 35- until the topping is golden and set.
