Ingredients

  • 3eggs

    2 for base, 1 for topping

  • 150 mlmilk
  • salt
  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • 1 tspdried onion
  • 2 tsporegano
  • 100 goats
  • 400 gkale

    young, torn and salt-massaged

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • olive oil

    for greasing

  • 80 gcheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk 2 eggs with 150ml milk, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon dried onion and 2 teaspoons oregano.

  2. Stir in 100g oats and let rest briefly.

  3. Salt 400g young kale and massage with your hands to soften. Stir the kale and 1 teaspoon baking powder into the batter.

  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and transfer the mixture.

  5. Mix 80g cheese with 1 egg and spread over the top.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 35- until the topping is golden and set.
