Ingredients

- 300 gchicken breast
boiled, from 3 fillets
- 180 gcucumbers
- 3boiled eggs
- parsley
- 50 gwalnuts
toasted in a pan
- 2garlic cloves
- 1 tbspwalnuts
extra, for the dressing
- pinchpepper blend
- pinchsalt
to taste
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
Boil 3 chicken fillets to yield about 300g cooked chicken, then slice into thin pieces.
Dice 180g cucumbers and quarter 3 boiled eggs; chop parsley and 2 garlic cloves finely.
Toast 50g walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
Combine chicken, cucumbers, eggs, parsley, walnuts and garlic with a pepper blend and salt, then mix well.
Line a ring mould on lettuce leaves, press in the salad, top with extra walnuts, cucumbers and 1/4 boiled egg.
Chill for 10- before serving and eat the same day.
