- 150 gbeef bacon
- 1onion
- 2 tspdried garlic
- salt
- broccoli
1 head
- 1potato
- 1carrot
- 1.2 lwater
- 50 gcheddar cheese
- pepper mix
Instructions
Fry 150g beef bacon in vegetable oil until golden; add chopped onion and brown.
Add 2 teaspoons dried garlic, salt, broccoli florets, chopped potato and carrot.
Pour in 1.2L water; simmer 10- until vegetables are tender.
Reserve a few florets and blend the rest smooth; stir in 50g grated cheddar and pepper mix.
Bring to a brief boil, return the reserved florets and serve.
