Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 250 gbroccoli

    blanched in boiling water

  • 1onion
  • 4mushrooms
  • ½ cuplentils
  • salt
  • garlic
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • coriander

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over 250g broccoli to soften; drain.

  2. Saute 1 chopped onion and 4 sliced mushrooms with a little salt until golden.

  3. Cook 1/2 cup lentils separately with salt until tender.

  4. Add garlic and the broccoli to the mushroom-onion pan.

  5. Stir in 2 tablespoons ketchup and coriander; fold in the cooked lentils.

  6. Simmer more, season to taste and serve warm.
