  • 1broccoli head

    blanched and grated

  • 1 cupoats

    soaked 15-20min in milk

  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1onion
  • 1carrot
  • 100 gcheese

    grated

  • 1 cupoats

    ground in a coffee grinder

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • olive oil
  • salt

    to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over a broccoli head and let soak ; grate on a coarse grater.

  2. Soak 1 cup oats in 1 cup milk 15-. Saute onion and carrot in olive oil until golden.

  3. Combine the grated broccoli with the soaked oats, the sauteed vegetables, half of 100g grated cheese and salt.

  4. Grind a second cup of oats to flour, fold in with 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix to a uniform batter.

  5. Oil a baking dish, spread the batter and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 180°C for 35-.
