Hearty baked casserole with blanched broccoli, cheddar, eggs and oats. Meat-free and low-calorie — served with a sour cream-dill sauce.

Ingredients

  • broccoli

    1 head

  • 100 gcheddar cheese
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • pinchsalt
  • 100 goats
  • 30 mlvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Simmer a head of broccoli in water for until tender; cool.

  2. Combine the broccoli with 100g cheddar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, salt and 100g oats; add 30ml vegetable oil.

  3. Transfer to a baking dish, brush the top with oil, and bake at 180-200°C for 20-.

  4. Serve with a sour cream-dill sauce on the side.
