  • 120 gcottage cheese
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 150 gground beef
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 1tomato
  • 100 gmozzarella
  • 25 gparmesan
  • sweet paprika

    to taste

  • black pepper

    to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the egg yolks with cottage cheese using an immersion blender.

  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the yolk mixture.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment, spray with water and oil, and shape the mixture into 3 round crusts. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–.

  4. Season the ground beef with salt, paprika and pepper. Fry no more than with garlic to keep it juicy.

  5. Divide the beef among the crusts, top with tomato, mozzarella and parmesan, and bake another until the cheese bubbles.
